Reports by Indenture Trustee. (a) If required by TIA § 313(a), within sixty (60) days after March 30 of each year, commencing with March 30, 2022, the Indenture Trustee shall send to each Bondholder as required by TIA § 313(c) a brief report dated as of such date that complies with TIA § 313(a). The Indenture Trustee also shall comply with TIA § 313(b); provided, however, that the initial report so issued shall be delivered not more than twelve (12) months after the initial issuance thereof.
