Reports by Bond Trustee. If required by TIA ss. 313(a), within 60 days after January 1st of each year, commencing with the year after the issuance of the Transition Bonds of any Series, the Bond Trustee shall mail to each Holder of Transition Bonds of such Series as required by TIA ss. 313(c) a brief report dated as of such date that complies with TIA ss. 313(a). The Bond Trustee also shall comply with TIA ss. 313(b); provided, however, that the initial report so issued shall be delivered not more than 12 months after the initial issuance of each Series. A copy of each report at the time of its mailing to Transition Bondholders shall be filed by the Bond Trustee with the Commission and each stock exchange, if any, on which the Transition Bonds are listed. The Issuer shall notify the Bond Trustee if and when the Transition Bonds are listed on any stock exchange.
