REPORTS AND WRITTEN MATERIALS. The Executive shall promptly communicate and disclose to the Company all information, data and materials obtained by him in the course of his employment under this Agreement. All written reports, recommendations, advice, records, documents and other materials prepared or obtained by the Executive or coming into his possession in the course of his employment under this Agreement shall, as between the Company and the Executive, be the sole and exclusive property of the Company and, at the end of the Employment Period, or at the request of the Company during the Employment Period, the Executive shall promptly deliver all such materials to the Company or to such other person as the Company may direct. The Executive shall prepare and submit to the Company such regular periodic reports as the Company may request with respect to the activities undertaken by him or conducted under his direction in the course of his employment under this Agreement. As between the Company and the Executive, such reports and the information contained therein shall be and remain the sole property of the Company.

All written reports, recommendations, advice, records, documents and other materials prepared or obtained by Employee or coming into his possession during the Employment Period which relate to the performance by the Company of its business shall, as between the Company and Employee, be the exclusive property of the Company, and, at the end of the Employment Period, or at the request of the Company during the Employment Period, Employee shall promptly deliver all such written materials to the Company.   • Reports and Filings Assist in the preparation of (but not pay for) all periodic reports by the Fund to its shareholders and all reports and filings required to maintain the registration and qualification of the Funds and Fund shares, or to meet other regulatory or tax requirements applicable to the Fund , under federal and state securities and tax laws.

  • Seller Information The Company may require each seller of Registrable Securities as to which any registration is being effected to furnish, and such seller shall furnish, to the Company such information regarding the distribution of such securities as the Company may from time to time reasonably request in writing.
