Common use of Reports and Notices Clause in Contracts

Reports and Notices. (a) In connection with the performance of its duties under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement relating to the realization upon defaulted Mortgage Loans, the Company as Master Servicer shall provide to the Purchaser the following notices and reports: Within five Business Days after each Distribution Date (or included in or with the monthly statements to Certificateholders pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement), the Company shall provide to the Purchaser a report identifying all loans delinquent 30 days or more (including all loans in foreclosure, bankruptcy or "real estate owned" status) (each, a "Delinquency Report"). The Delinquency Report shall use the same methodology and calculations employed in the Company's standard servicing reports, indicating the number of Mortgage Loans that are (i) thirty days delinquent, (ii) sixty days delinquent, (iii) ninety days or more delinquent, (iv) in foreclosure, (v) in bankruptcy or (vi) real estate owned, and indicating for each such Mortgage Loan the loan number, the property address and the outstanding principal balance.
