Reporting to depot. The allowance prescribed in clause 25.1.1 shall not apply when an Employee reports to a fixed establishment or place of work not being a construction site unless the Employee provides a vehicle in accordance with that clause and is available for transfer to a construction site under the conditions of clause 25.1.1 of this Agreement.
