Reporting Subcontractor Sample Clauses
The Reporting Subcontractor clause requires subcontractors to provide regular updates or reports to the main contractor or client regarding the progress and status of their work. Typically, this involves submitting periodic written reports detailing milestones achieved, issues encountered, or compliance with project requirements. By mandating these reports, the clause ensures transparency, facilitates project oversight, and helps identify and address potential problems early in the subcontracted work.
