Common use of Reporting for Duty Clause in Contracts

Reporting for Duty. 13(g)(1) Except in case of disability or unforeseen emergency, employees to whom an annual rate is applicable shall report for duty on each of their scheduled working days unless permission not to report has been previously approved by their immediate supervisor. In case of disability or unforeseen emergency, employees to whom an annual rate is applicable shall make every reasonable effort to notify their immediate supervisor as early as possible of their inability to report for duty.
