Common use of Reporting Company Clause in Contracts

The Company undertakes to furnish Investor with copies of such reports as may be reasonably requested by Investor prior to consummation of this Offering and thereafter, to make such reports available, for the full term of this Agreement, including any extensions thereof, and for as long as Investor holds the Securities.
