REPORTING AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. During the term of the Contract, or any renewal period, the Contractor shall submit the following reports to the purchasing agency. Failure to comply with reporting and delivery requirements of this section may result in payment(s) being withheld until compliance with the plan is received and confirmed.   • Shipping and Delivery a. The prices are the delivered price to any Purchasing Entity. All deliveries shall be F.O.B. destination, freight pre-paid, with all transportation and handling charges paid by the Contractor.
