Reporting Absences. 23.1.1.1. Unit members must report all absences to the electronic absence management system, pursuant to District reporting procedures. Absences must be reported as soon as they are known but no later than 6:30 a.m., if possible. In the event that the unit member is unable to report the absence by 6:30 a.m., s/he shall contact his/her supervisor and/or site office.
