Reporter. Either party, at its expense, may arrange for and pay the cost of a court reporter to provide a stenographic record of proceedings.
Reporter. 12.2.1 If a parent wishes to have a reporter for the hearing, they shall retain and pay the reporter. The parents may jointly retain a reporter. Otherwise, the parents do not wish to have a reporter and they waive their right to have a transcript of the proceedings. Court-related fees (i.e., preparation time, attendance and travel) shall be obtained by way of retainer in advance of any services rendered. As such the Mediator/Arbitrator charges a non-refundable administrative fee of one hour payable by each parent, or in accordance with the proportions that they have agreed to.
