Common use of Reportable Incidents Clause in Contracts

Reportable Incidents. (a) The Contractor must report any Reportable Incident to AAQ on the date it occurs, or on the following Business Day if the Reportable Incident occurred outside of Business Hours. Reportable Incidents include any improper conduct in relation to a Consumer, AAQ, the Contractor, Personnel or otherwise in relation to the Services. (b) AAQ will inform the Contractor of any allegations of improper conduct which involve the Contractor or its Personnel, including where such allegations are received from a third party. (c) Where there has been a Reportable Incident, AAQ may take all necessary action in relation to a Reportable Incident, to ensure the immediate safety and welfare of the Consumer. The Contractor agrees to cooperate, and ensure that its Personnel cooperate, with such necessary action.
