Report Quality Standards. Exhibit L, “Proposal and Report Writing Expectations,” contains a portion of the Department’s Audit Division Operating Manual regarding "Written Communications." While the style of Contractor’s writing may differ, the Contractor’s written communications shall be of at least the same quality level as the reports produced by the County.
