Replating and Other. City will cooperate with Developer/Buyer as it may submit applications for platting for the property as maybe required by the codified ordinances of the City of Sunbury. The City agrees to allow the stormwater management for the property to be designed to City of Sunbury Engineer’s Office Regulations in conjunction with the Delaware County Engineer’s Storm Water Management Regulations with input from The Delaware County Soil and Water Conservation District as the drainage network leaves the municipal boundaries. Any Sanitary Sewer Trunk from the Delaware County Regional Sewer District and Del-Co Water Service are the responsibility of the Developer/Buyer to the extend through the property and provide connectivity to adjoining properties as per Ordinance and requirements of the City of Sunbury.
