Replacement Policies. Not less than ten (10) Business Days prior -------------------- to the expiration, termination or cancellation of any insurance policy which the Mortgagors are required to maintain hereunder, the Mortgagors shall obtain a replacement policy or policies (or a binding commitment for such replacement policy or policies), which shall be effective no later than the date of the expiration, termination or cancellation of the previous policy, and shall deliver to the Mortgagee a certificate in respect of such policy or policies in the same form and (i) containing the same information as the certificates required to be delivered by the Mortgagors pursuant to the first sentence of Section 13.4, or a copy of the binding commitment for such policy or policies and (ii) confirming that such policy complies with all the requirements of Section 13.1 and Section 13.2.
