– Replacement or Repair of Unit Members’ Personal Property. 1. The District will set aside annually an amount sufficient for reimbursing unit members under the terms of this Article. The District may pay the cost of replacing or repairing property of a unit member such as eyeglasses, hearing aids, dentures, watches, or articles of clothing necessarily worn or carried by the unit member or vehicles, when such items are damaged in the line of duty without fault of the unit member or if such property is stolen from the unit member by robbery or theft while the unit member is in the line of duty.
