Common use of Replacement of the Agent Clause in Contracts

Replacement of the Agent. 31.47 After obtaining the prior consent of the Borrower (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld if the proposed new agent is to be the same legal entity as a Lender, will act out of Singapore and is a FATCA Exempt Party), the Majority Lenders may, by giving thirty (30) days’ notice to the Agent replace the Agent by appointing a successor Agent.
