Replacement of Project Leaders. Except as otherwise mutually agreed to in writing in the applicable Statement of Work, each party to a Statement of Work may, in its sole discretion, appoint an adequately qualified new or alternate Project Leader for each Project to manage its obligations hereunder. Each party to a Statement of Work agrees to provide the other parties with written notification, in advance if practical, if and when such party appoints a new or alternate Project Leader.
