Replacement for Severed Provision. In the event of suspension or invalidation of any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Agreement, the parties agree, upon the request of either party, within thirty (30) days after such determination, to meet and negotiate and to endeavor to reach agreement on a replacement for such article, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase.
