Common use of Replacement Bond Clause in Contracts

Replacement Bond. The form of the Bond set forth in Exhibit A to the Original Indenture is hereby deleted in its entirety and the form of the replacement Bond set forth in Exhibit A hereto is substituted therefor. On the Conversion Date, the Trustee is hereby directed to authenticate and deliver said Replacement Bonds to The Depository Trust Company. The Trustee is further authorized to authenticate a new Bond reflecting revised terms upon a future remarketing with a new Sub-series designation. If the Bonds are purchased in lieu of redemption and the Company desires to have such Bonds remarketed in a new Interest Period or different Long Term Period, there is hereby authorized the delivery of a replacement Bond to reflect such new terms.
