Common use of Repayment Dates Clause in Contracts

Repayment Dates. If a repayment is required pursuant to Clause 8.1 on any Dividend Declaration Date (being the “Relevant Dividend Declaration Date”), then the Borrower shall transfer the amount of the repayment due under Clause 8.1 into the Retention Account by no later than 3 Business Days after the Relevant Dividend Declaration Date. On the last day of the Interest Period current as at the Relevant Dividend Declaration Date the Agent shall apply all amounts standing to the credit of the Retention Account in or towards repayment of the Loan and the payment of interest thereon in accordance with Clause 18.4.
