Repatriation Expenses. If an Insured Person is injured or becomes ill during the Operative Time, the Company will reimburse the Insured or an Insured Person for any Rescue Expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred as a direct result, for up to two years from the date of injury or first diagnosis of illness up to the Sum Insured on the Schedule. Definition applicable to Section B1.2 Rescue Expenses The cost of transportation by any suitable means to an appropriate medical facility or to an Insured Person’s home in the United Kingdom or Permanent Country of Residence as recommended by the Company’s appointed medical advisor in conjunction with the local attending Medical Practitioner. In the event of death the costs of transportation of the body or ashes and the Insured Person’s personal effects back to the United Kingdom or Permanent Country of Residence are covered. The costs of funeral expenses outside the United Kingdom or an Insured Person’s Permanent Country of Residence are covered up to a maximum of £10,000. Condition applicable to Section B1.2 The Insured or Insured Person must contact Healix as soon as possible if injury or illness results in the need for in-patient hospital treatment or the possible need for emergency rescue otherwise the costs may not be reimbursed. Exclusions applicable to Section B1.2 The Company will not be liable for any claim: 1 where an Insured Person is travelling against the advice of a Medical Practitioner; 2 where the purpose of the Trip is to receive medical treatment or advice; 3 as a result of the use by an Insured Person of a non-prescribed drug or drugs which cannot be legally obtained from a pharmacy; 4 as a result of suicide, attempted suicide or self-inflicted injury other than where costs are incurred in transporting the body back to the United Kingdom or an Insured Person’s Permanent Country of Residence. Repatriation Expenses. The Executive shall relocate to the Carlsbad, CA area. In addition, in connection with the Executive’s relocation back to the Carlsbad, CA area, the Company will provide the Executive with an allowance of up to $40,000 that will either be reimbursed by the Company or paid directly by the Company to cover miscellaneous costs related to such relocation, including costs of shipping household goods, two one-way airfares and rental expenses (the “Repatriation Expenses”). Any amount in excess of $40,000 will be at the discretion of the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources. Executive shall be entitled to a full “gross-up” for all taxes incurred in connection with the Repatriation Expenses. If prior to the first anniversary of the Commencement Date, Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated for “Cause” (as defined below) or by Executive’s voluntary resignation, Executive agrees, within 30 days of the date of such termination of employment, to repay to the Company a portion of the Repatriation Expenses determined by multiplying the total amount of the Repatriation Expenses by a fraction, the denominator of which is 365 and the numerator of which is the number of days between the date of the termination of Executive’s employment for either of the reasons set forth above and the Commencement Date.
Repatriation Expenses. OUTFRONT will pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses associated with the repatriation of Executive and Executive’s family back to the United Kingdom during the twelve (12) months following Executive’s termination by OUTFRONT without Cause or termination of employment by Executive for Good Reason in accordance with its travel guidelines, as may be amended from time to time. Such expense reimbursements will be made as soon as practicable in accordance with OUTFRONT’s guidelines, as may be amended from time to time, following the date on which OUTFRONT receives appropriate documentation with respect to such expenses, but in no event will payment be made later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which Executive incur the expenses. To the extent that any of the payments made to Executive or on Executive’s behalf pursuant to this paragraph 7(b)(ii)(D) (each such payment, a “reimbursement”) are taxable to Executive, OUTFRONT will make an additional payment to Executive in an amount that after payment of all taxes payable by Executive with respect to the additional payment, will equal the amount of all taxes payable by Executive with respect to the related reimbursement. The additional payment required to be paid pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be paid to Executive or to the applicable taxing authorities on Executive’s behalf at the time the related taxes are due, or as soon thereafter as administratively practicable, but in any event by no later than December 31 of the calendar year next following the calendar year in which the related taxes are remitted to the applicable taxing authorities.

Emergency Helpline: +00 (0)0000 000000 (24 Hour) Additional extension applicable to section B1.2 In the event of the death of an Insured Person whilst on a Trip, the Company will pay the reasonable funeral expenses, the reasonable additional costs to repatriate the Insured Person’s remains and personal effects to the United Kingdom or the Insured Person’s Permanent Country of Residence plus the additional travel and accommodation costs of the Insured Person’s travelling companions to accompany the remains on return to the United Kingdom or the Insured Person’s Permanent Country of Residence up to a maximum total of £10,000 in all. Lifeline Plus Assistance can arrange the funeral/cremation and transportation of the Insured Person’s body. Exclusions applicable to section B1.2 This section of the policy does not cover any claim:
