REPAIRS BY CONTRACTOR. If the TRIPS requires Dealer to perform warranty-covered repairs, Dealer's representative must begin within ten (10) working days after receiving notification of a defect from the purchaser, work necessary to effect repairs. The purchaser shall make the vehicle available to complete repairs timely with Dealer repair schedule. Dealer shall provide at its own expense all spare parts, tools, and space required to complete repairs. At the TRIPS option, Dealer may be required to remove the vehicle from the purchaser’s property while repairs are being affected. If the vehicle is removed from the purchaser’s property, repair procedures must be diligently pursued by Dealer's representative.
