Repairs as required. The Qualifying Resident shall make all repairs as required by this Agreement in a manner acceptable to the Board of Directors. If the Qualifying Resident at any time fails, refuses or neglects for a period of ten (10) days after having received written notice from the Board of Directors to make repairs in a manner acceptable to the Board of Directors, or fails to provide to the Board of Directors, within ten (10) days after having received written notice from the Board of Directors, evidence acceptable to the Board of Directors, that the Qualifying Resident has commenced with compliance of the written notice to repair the Unit, or to maintain the Unit in good condition, the Board of Directors may:
