Repair Promise. During the entire Power Purchase Agreement Term, SolarCity will honor the System Warranty and will repair or replace any defective part, material or component or correct any defective workmanship, at no cost or expense to you (including all labor costs), when you submit a valid claim to us under this Limited Warranty. If we damage your Home, your belongings or your Property we will repair the damage we cause or pay you for the damage we cause as described in Section 6. SolarCity may use new or reconditioned parts when making repairs or replacements. SolarCity may also, at no additional cost to you, upgrade or add to any part of the System to ensure that it performs according to the guarantees set forth in this Limited Warranty. Cosmetic repairs that do not involve safety or performance shall be made at SolarCity’s discretion.

During the applicable Warranty Period as specified in Section 10(a) above, Dealer will: (i) respond to customer product or system field issues, (ii) contact SunPower Technical Support from the field to determine if issue is caused by a product malfunction or a workmanship malfunction and (iii) repair or replace any defective part, material or component not supplied by SunPower or correct any defective workmanship, at no cost or expense to SunPower, Lessor or Lessee (including all labor costs). In the case of SunPower Equipment warranty claim, the Dealer will correct the condition by means of SunPower’s standard Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”) process and can submit request for compensation under the RMA process, as set forth in the Program Materials.

If We damage Your Home, Your belongings or Your Property, We will repair the damage We cause or pay You for the damage We cause as described in Section 6 of this Limited Warranty. SFE may use new or reconditioned parts when making repairs or replacements. SFE may also, at no additional cost to You, upgrade or add to any part of the System to ensure that it performs according to the guarantees set forth in this Limited Warranty. Cosmetic repairs that do not involve safety or performance shall be made at SFE’s discretion.

Next Generation Energy will honour the System Warranty and will repair or replace any defective part, material or component or correct any defective workmanship, at no cost or expense to you (including all labour costs). when you submit a valid claim to us under this installation warranty. If we damage your home, your belongings or your property we will repair the damage we cause or pay you for the damage we cause as described in Section 5. Next Generation Energy may use new or reconditioned parts when making repairs or replacements. Next Generation Energy may also, at no additional cost to you, upgrade or add to any part of the system to ensure that it performs according to the guarantees set forth in this warranty. Cosmetic repairs that do not involve safety or performance shall be made at Next Generation Energy’s discretion.
Repair Promise. If any failure or breach of the Work Warranty or the Roof Warranty occurs prior to the end of the Work Warranty Period or the Roof Warranty Period (as applicable), upon notice from Customer or Contractor otherwise becoming aware of such failure or breach, Contractor, at its sole cost and expense (including the cost of materials, transportation, labor and equipment), will as soon as reasonably practicable, repair or replace the Work, or take some other corrective action to cause the Work to conform to the Work Warranty or the Roof Warranty (as applicable). So larCity may use new or reconditioned parts when making such repairs or replacements. SolarCity may also, at no additional cost to Customer, upgrade or add to any part of the System to ensure that it performs according to the Warranty set forth in this Agreement.
