Repair Period. Seller agrees to repair a particular type of Product for a period of at least five (5) years following delivery of the last unit of such Product delivered under this Agreement. Seller agrees to provide and maintain an adequate stock of parts peculiar to the Product during this time period. Further, Seller will provide Buyer a last buy opportunity on any components or sub-assemblies to be discontinued or no longer available.
Repair Period. Diametrics agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to repair or replace the non-conforming Portal Measurement Products and return conforming Portal Measurement Products to Philips within four (4) weeks of receipt of Diametrics. Failed units returned from the field that are out-of-warranty will be repaired within 10 working days for customer units and within 30 days for Service Logistics International ("SLI") exchange units.
Repair Period. Seller will effect the repair/replacement and return the item(s) to Buyer within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the defective item(s); however, Seller will respond to emergency situations by immediately shipping Product on hand within forty-eight (48) hours. Repair Period. Supplier will return the replacement OEM Products as soon as possible but in no event later than [****] workdays after receipt of the Noncomplying Product from Philips. Supplier's opportunity to cure any failure to meet such deadline, pursuant to Article 18 below, will apply to only one such breach per part number during the Term.

In that event, this Lease will continue in full force and effect except that Rent shall be abated on a pro rata basis from the date of the Casualty until the date of the completion of such repairs (the “Repair Period”) based on the proportion of the rentable area of the Premises Tenant is unable to use during the Repair Period.
Repair Period. 2.1. This period begins from 17th August, 2020 and shall be effective until 30th September, 2020 upon the purchase of your new Device. Screen Repair Vouchers can be redeemed within this period only. Redeemed vouchers are valid for claims from the date of device purchase until 31st December, 2020.

D&K shall return the replacement or repaired CLIENT Products as soon as possible but in no event later than fifteen (15) working days (plus any replacement Part lead time from third parties) after the Non-complying Product is received, inspected, and root cause is determined provided D&K is manufacturing the Product(s) and there are no manufacturing line stoppages, pauses or shutdowns.
