Reopener. 1. The parties agree that the effects of the employer’s assignment of additional sergeants to the midnight shift may not be evident at this time. The parties further agree to evaluate and renegotiate this matter and to begin negotiations at the option of either party by January 1, 2006, or prior to the assignment of additional sergeants to the midnight shift in one or more additional districts.
