Common use of REO Property Clause in Contracts

REO Property. A Mortgaged Property acquired by the Servicer on behalf of the Trustee through foreclosure or by deed in lieu of foreclosure, as described in Section 3.17.

REO Property. A Mortgaged Property acquired by the Servicer on behalf of the Trustee Trust Fund through foreclosure or by deed in lieu of foreclosure, as described in foreclosure pursuant to Section 3.173.12 hereof.

REO Property. A Mortgaged Property acquired by the Servicer on behalf of the Trustee through foreclosure or by deed in lieu of foreclosure, as described in pursuant to Section 3.173.16.

REO Property. A Mortgaged Property acquired by the Servicer on behalf of the Trustee through foreclosure or by deed in lieu of foreclosure, as described in Section 3.173.16.

REO Property. A Mortgaged Property acquired by in the Servicer on behalf name of the Trustee through Trustee, for the benefit of Certificateholders, by foreclosure or by deed in deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, as described foreclosure in Section 3.17connection with a defaulted Mortgage Loan.
