Renter Obligations. 5.1 Transportation of the Mobile Stage: (The Renter and City shall select one of either 5.1.1 or 5.1.2 by using a single line to cross out the non-selected option and initialing beside the beginning and end of the crossed out section.)
Renter Obligations. The renter agrees that he or she is responsible for compliance with the provisions of this Rental Agreement which includes the Facility Rental Policies and Procedures which are part of the Rental Agreement. The renter named above is responsible for the provisions of this Agreement and is not authorized by the City of Starbuck to sublease the Community Center to any other person(s) or entity. My signature indicates I understand that this is a binding contract with the City of Starbuck, that I have received a copy ofthe City of Starbuck Facility Rental Policies and Procedures and have read the provisions of the Rental Agreement. By the signature I represent that I have the authority to enter into this Agreement with the City of Starbuck on behalf of myself and/or the name group that I represent and that I (or the group that I represent) is responsible for compliance with the terms of this Rental Agreement.

Renter Obligations. 4.1 The Renter has no right, title, property or interest in the Equipment except as bailee and must not sublet, transfer, dispose of or otherwise deal with any rights of interest in the Equipment. The Renter must do everything necessary to protect the rights of the Owner in the Equipment.
Renter Obligations. The Renter shall pay the total Monthly Rental Amount and all other charges when they become due. Other charges will include but are not limited to NSF charges, third party repair or contracting bills, maintenance costs, or any other expense incurred pursuant to the terms described in the Rental Agreement. • The Renter shall not make any repairs, alterations, replacements or improvements to any part of the Vehicle/Unit or premises without exception. Damage caused by the Renter will be repaired by a third-party contractor. Any such repairs will be billed to the Renter. • The Renter shall not interfere in any significant way with the rights of other Renters on the premises. • The Renter shall not perform any illegal acts or carry out any trade, business or occupation on the premises. • The Renter shall at all times during the term of this Agreement, at its sole cost, keep and maintain in a clean and tidy manner and in good order the whole of the Vehicle/Unit.

By my signature, I represent that I have the authority to enter into this Rental Agreement with the Palouse Community Center.
