RENTED VEHICLES. This policy does not insure any vehicle hired or rented by the insured when the insured has purchased insurance offered by the rental vehicle hirer. Note: Please see Section 2: Automatic Extensions, ‘F – Hired and Rented Vehicles’.

RENTED VEHICLES. Rented vehicles may be used only if other methods of transport are unavailable, more expensive or inappropriate for the tasks to be performed. The use of rented vehicles is possible only for specific work activities. Only class B vehicles may be rented. Reimbursement is not possible for the following:  possession of the rented vehicle before 16.00 p.m. of the day before the audit;  return of the rented vehicle after 10.00 a.m. of the day after the audit.   • Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.

  • Aircraft This peril includes self-propelled missiles and spacecraft.

  • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes. Any security interest in the leased equipment, goods or property granted to the Contractor contrary to AGO 79-72 and AGO 80-9 is null and void. Limitations of remedies provisions, which are unconscionable under applicable Florida law, are void. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS). In compliance with Florida Statutes, Ch. 442, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must accompany any applicable item delivered under this Agreement.

  • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day's shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Equipment Location This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor. Contractor may terminate this Contract if, in its discretion, the environmental conditions in which any unit of Equipment is placed are not suitable for satisfactory performance, or if the new location is out of Contractor's ordinary operating area.

  • Stored equipment The village hall accepts no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or fees will be charged for each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. The village hall may, use its discretion in any of the following circumstances:

  • Lease of Equipment Lessor leases to Lessee, and Lessee leases from Lessor, all the property described in the Lease Schedules which are signed from time to time by Lessor and Lessee.

  • Property and Equipment The buildings, plants, structures located at the Plant Property and the Equipment are all owned by the CCC Company free and clear of all Liens (except Permitted Liens) and are structurally sound, are in good operating condition and repair, subject to normal wear and tear, and are adequate for the uses to which they are being put, and none of such buildings, plants, structures, personal property or Equipment is in need of maintenance or repairs except for ordinary, routine maintenance and repairs that are not material in nature or cost.

  • Trailers You are insured against claims arising out of your ownership, use or operation of any trailer or its equipment, provided that such trailer is not being towed by, attached to or carried on a motorized vehicle. Business or Business Use
