Rental Assistance Program. Sub-Grantee will serve renters currently residing within the city limits of Winter Haven (as verified by the Property’s Appraiser’s website) whose household income is at or below 120% AMI. Qualified Applicants will be eligible to receive a maximum grant of $6,000 to assist with rent and/or deposit payments, which will be paid directly to the Landlord. The total amount available to assist renters shall not exceed $ 67,053.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Additional Assistance The Borrower shall provide such cooperation, information and assistance, and prepare and supply the Administrative Agent with such data regarding the performance by the Issuing Insurance Companies of their obligations under the Pledged Policies and the performance by the Borrower of its obligations under the Transaction Documents, as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent from time to time.
