Rent Fees. Rent due as listed on the Rates & Dates Sheet.
Rent Fees. (a) Rent Fees shall consist of the Rent Payable Fee and the Rent Collected Fee. The Rent Fees shall be calculated by the Servicer and payable by LIFT as follows: 42
Rent Fees. Rent Fees are non-refundable except under limited circumstances as described below.
Rent Fees. There shall be added to each rent or other payment described below all applicable Taxes as in effect from time to time.
Rent Fees. During the Term of this Agreement, TENANT shall pay LANE COUNTY, a single annual, rental payment of $3168.28 (“Rent”), based upon ATTACHMENT A, Tower Site Rate Schedule. The rates will escalate 3% annually. The parties acknowledge that TENANT already occupies the Property. Rent commences as of July 1, 2015 with the first payment payable within 30 days of the effective date of this agreement and subsequent yearly payments paid on July 1st of each year. An additional one-time payment of $0.00 (ZERO), based upon ATTACHMENT A, is payable within 30 days of the effective date of this agreement. If TENANT requests technical support or site visits from LANE COUNTY to respond to service affecting problems and it is determined that a service affecting problem is on the TENANT side of the issue, LANE COUNTY may xxxx TENANT for the hourly cost of all time involved in evaluating or responding to the request (based upon ATTACHMENT A), including travel time. LANE COUNTY may submit an itemized invoice to TENANT for the actual hourly time involved in responding to the request, including travel time, within forty-five (45) days of the service. TENANT shall pay LANE COUNTY within forty-five (45) days of receipt of invoice.
Rent Fees. X. Xxxx must be paid in full on or before the first of each month, in advance. Rent not paid by the first or in the full amount, is delinquent. Penalties will be assessed after office hours on the 5th. If the 5th is on a Saturday, penalties begin at 12:00 noon. If over five day’s delinquent, a late charge of $10.00 per calendar day will be assessed up to a maximum of $40.00 per month. Rent will not be accepted for subsequent months until the prior month late fees are paid. The existence of a late fee is not to be construed by the Resident as a waiver of the requirement that the rent installments are due on or before the first day of the month.
Rent Fees. You agree to pay the rent for the Box in advance for a period of one (1) year and to pay a set-up fee. Subject to the Bank's right to require you to surrender your Box, your right to keep the Box will be extended automatically for additional one (1) year periods. Except for auto-debit customers, you will receive notice of payment due approximately one (1) month prior to the anniversary date of the Box rental. The rent amount is set by the Bank and may be adjusted at any time, without notice to you, provided that the rent will not be increased during the one (1) year term. If the Bank adjusts the rent amount, the new rent amount will be reflected in your annual bill or on your account statement. You may receive a discount on your annual rent by authorizing the Bank to deduct the rent from your checking account with the Bank. However, if you choose to receive an annual bill you will not receive the discount. In addition, for rent that is ten (10) days past due you will be assessed a non-refundable late charge.
Rent Fees. The Tenant will pay to the Landlord the “Total Rent” within its meaning hereunder for the entire Term of Lease/Term of Lease, as detailed in section 7 herein, and all in accordance with the following provisions: It is clarified that the “Total Rent” is the amount of the “Basic Rent” and the “Basic Customization Costs” within the meaning of these terms in Section 8.13 and 8.14 hereunder.
Rent Fees. 7. The Tenant shall pay rent and fees to the Landlord for the Term of this lease in the amounts set forth in Schedule “A” hereto, plus GST. The said rent plus at least one adult golf membership (or, if applicable, one senior golf membership) plus any other applicable fees, plus GST, shall be paid to the Landlord by the commencement date of the Lease. Rent Fees. 4.1. The Lessee will pay the total annual sum of $4500 plus HST for the use and rental of the concession booth spaces at the Tiverton & District Sports Complex and the Davidson Centre.
