Common use of Rent Due Clause in Contracts

Rent Due. Landlord leases the Apartment to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord for the full term of the lease. Tenant agrees to pay Landlord /month as rent from the commencement date of this lease as stated above. In the event that the Term begins on a day other than the first day of the month or ends on a day that is other than the last day of the month, Rent for the partial month shall be prorated. Rent shall be due and payable in advance without demand, on the first day of each month during the Term of this lease at a place designated by Landlord.
