Rent Commencement. Payment of Rent shall begin on the Commencement Date. Rent for any period during the Term that is less than one month shall be prorated for the actual number of days in such period.
Rent Commencement. Rent shall commence on March 1, 2007 If tenant shall commence occupying only a portion of the premises prior to such time, rent shall be prorated based on the number of rentable square feet occupied by tenant. The date on which rent commences is sometimes herein referred to as the "rent commencement date."
Rent Commencement. Tenant's obligation to pay rent shall commence and shall be due and payable as provided in Section 3.1.

In the event Landlord is unable to deliver possession of the Premises on or before September 1, 2013 in the condition required pursuant to Section 7.1 by reason of the holding over or retention of possession by any tenant or occupant, or for any other reason, this Lease shall nevertheless continue in force and effect, except the Commencement Date and the Rent Commencement Date for any portion of the Initial Premises that Landlord is delayed in delivering beyond September 1, 2013 shall be delayed day for day for each day following September 1, 2013 that Landlord is unable to so deliver possession of such portion of the Premises. In addition, (i) if Landlord is unable to so deliver possession of all or any portion of the Initial Premises by December 31, 2013, then following the Rent Commencement Date, Tenant shall have the right to receive an abatement of one (1) day of Base Rent allocable to the portion of the Initial Premises which Landlord has not so delivered for each and every day of delay in such delivery following December 31, 2013 and (ii) if Landlord is unable to so deliver possession of fifty percent (50%) or more of the Initial Premises by February 1, 2014, Tenant shall have the right, by giving written notice thereof to Landlord, to terminate this Lease and in such event all obligations of Landlord and Tenant with respect to this Lease shall terminate and be of no further force and effect.
Rent Commencement. Rent payments shall commence on the Commencement Date.
Rent Commencement a. Tenant shall commence paying Fixed Rents pursuant to Article 1 hereof March 1, 2012
Rent Commencement. Tenant's obligation to pay Base Rent and Additional Rent shall commence on the Commencement Date. From and after the Commencement Date and throughout the initial Term, Tenant shall pay annual Base Rent in the amount and in the monthly installments required by Section 1.2.
Rent Commencement. Lessee shall pay to Lessor its prorata share of Additional Rent as defined in Article 3 of the Lease, commencing January 1, 1998 through and including the Lease expiration date. Base Rent shall commence February 1, 1998.
Rent Commencement. Tenant's liability for rent shall commence on the Commencement Date, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease. Tenant, in consideration of the covenants made by Landlord, covenants and agrees to pay to Landlord as rent for the Premises during the Term, and any extension thereof, the annual basic rent as set forth on Exhibit C, attached hereto and made a part hereof (collectively, the "Annual Rent"), payable in advance in equal monthly installments on the first (1s1) day of every calendar month (each, a "Due Date"), as set forth on Exhibit C. If the Commencement Date is a day other than the first day of a calendar month, the first rental payment and the last rental payment shall be the pro-rata portion of such rent for days contained in such fractional month. Rent shall be paid to Landlord at the address set forth on Exhibit C, or at such other address as Landlord may designate by written notice to Tenant.
