RENT AND EXPENSES. The rent is € 317 per full month, of which €15 is for the rental of the furniture. This rent includes all costs for internet connection and consumption. CampusNet is available in every room. Depending on the educational institution, students still have to pay a separate fee for connection to CampusNet. This rent also includes an advance payment of € 25 for the supply of water (€ 7, fixed monthly cost) and electricity (€ 18 advance payment per rental month). At the end of the term an individual final invoice will be drawn up for the tenant itemizing the difference between the actual electricity cost and the advances already paid. The lessor delivers the final invoice within three months after the rental term. The final settlement is based on this principle : the actual electricity consumption comprises the sum of the individual consumption and one eighth of the common consumption in the community of 8 rooms.
