Renewals. This Agreement may be renewed for five (5), one (1) year renewal periods either: (a) by Citizens, at its discretion upon ninety (90) calendar days prior written notice to Vendor; or, (b) by mutual written agreement of the Parties. Renewals shall be subject to the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement at the time of renewal, including any written amendments signed by the Parties. The combined renewals shall not exceed the original term of this Agreement.
