Common use of Renewal Clause in Contracts

Renewal. Upon mutual agreement, the Customer and the Contractor may renew the Contract, in whole or in part, for a period that may not exceed 3 years or the term of the contract, whichever period is longer. Any renewal shall specify the renewal price, as set forth in the solicitation response.
