Common use of Renewal Clause in Contracts

Renewal. This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30, 2015, and thereafter for successive periods of 12 months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30, 2015two years from the effectiveness date, and thereafter for successive periods of 12 no more than twelve (12) months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30September 12, 20152020, and thereafter for successive periods of 12 months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust Board or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust Fund (as defined in the 0000 1000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. This Unless terminated in accordance with Section 14(b) below, this Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30, 2015, and thereafter for successive periods of 12 months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. Renewal. Unless terminated if accordance with Section 14(b) below, This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30February 28, 20152016, and thereafter for successive periods of 12 up to twelve (12) months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. This Unless terminated in accordance with Section 14(b), this Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30February 28, 20152016, and thereafter for successive periods of 12 up to twelve (12) months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. Renewal. This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30May 14, 20152016, and thereafter for successive periods of 12 twelve (12) months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30August 31, 20152017, and thereafter for successive periods of 12 months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not “interested persons of the Trust persons” (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) of the Trust or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30, 2015for two (2) years commencing on the date hereof, and thereafter for successive periods of no more than 12 months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 1000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30, 2015two years from the date of the Original Agreement (the “Effective Date”), and thereafter for successive periods of 12 no more than twelve (12) months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 Xxx1940 Act) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30, 2015, and thereafter for successive periods of 12 no more than twelve (12) months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval.

Renewal. This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30, 2015for up to two years from the effective date, and thereafter for successive success ive periods of 12 no more than twelve (12) months each, only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by a vote of the Trustees of the Trust or by vote of a majority of outstanding voting securities of the Fund and (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) or of any person party to this Agreement, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of such approval..
