Renewal Year Clause Samples

Renewal Year. Upon completion of the Initial Term the Customer may extend the Term for 2 additional one year periods (each a “Renewal Year”). Commencing on the 39th Amendment the Initial Term shall be measured from January 1, 2017 and continue for a period of 24 months.
