Renewal Provisions. Every three years, Northeast Indiana Works will initiate the following process to renew the provision of the MOU. Notification of Parties Northeast Indiana Works (or designee) must notify all Parties in writing that it is necessary to renew and execute the MOU and provide all applicable policies and preceding MOU documents, as applicable.

Medicare and MassHealth with a Deductable (Spend Down) If you are eligible for both Medicare and MassHealth, but have a deductible (spend down) obligation, you will make a monthly payment to CHA PACE equal to your deductible (spend down) obligation.
Renewal Provisions. If Contract Holder has renewed the Group Agreement, Members still eligible for coverage under this HMO may renew coverage under the same Group Agreement, if all Premiums have been properly paid and the Member meets the eligibility requirements. Renewal Provisions. Renewal of this lease shall be at the sole option of the Lessor. Such renewal shall be subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of management standards and applicable laws, rules and regulations in effect at that time. In the event that the Lessee is in full compliance with the terms of this lease, the Lessor will begin the renewal process. The term of any renewal granted by the Lessor shall commence on the last day of the previous lease term. In the event the Lessor does not grant a renewal, the Lessee shall vacate the leased premises and remove all structures and equipment occupying and erected thereon at its expense. The obligation to remove all structures authorized herein upon termination of this lease shall constitute an affirmative covenant upon the Lessee’s interest in the riparian upland property more particularly described in Attachment B which shall run with the title to the Lessee’s interest in said riparian upland property and shall be binding upon the Lessee and the Lessee's successors in title or successors in interest.‌
Renewal Provisions. Provided that all of the terms and conditions of this Lease have been complied with by the Tenant, the Tenant shall have the option to renew this Lease for four (4) additional Terms of five (5) years of each Term. The minimum rent commencing with the first renewal year and each anniversary date for the first two extension (years 15-20 and 20-25) thereafter (hereinafter referred to as the “Adjustment Date”), the monthly rent shall be increased by the percentage of increase, if any, in the Consumer Price Index--All Urban Consumers, All Items (hereinafter referred to as the “CPI”) as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. The percentage of increase in the CPI will be determined by using the percentage change, as published for the month prior to the month in which the commencement date occurs as compared to that same month each year thereafter. The monthly rent as adjusted on the Adjustment Date shall be the monthly rent until the next Adjustment Date. Any increase in subsequent years shall be added to the monthly rent as adjusted by the CPI increase on the previous Adjustment Date. In no event shall the monthly rent be less than the monthly rent for the previous year. If the aforementioned CPI is discontinued, Landlord shall select another similar index which reflects consumer prices (by way of illustration only, if the Commencement Date occurs in the month of June, then May shall be the base month for the purpose of determining the percentage increase in the CPI as compared with each subsequent May thereafter during the Lease Term). Renewal Provisions. This Contract shall automatically renew October 1 of each year, ending on September 30, 2023 (each a “Renewal Term”). The Initial Term and any Renewal Term shall be referred to as a “Contract Term.” Each Contract Term shall be with the understanding that all terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect unless this Contract is specifically amended pursuant to this Contract.
