Renewal Fee. In connection with each renewal pursuant to Section 2.4(b) of the Agreement, on or prior to the Business Day after the Closing Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent a fee (the “Renewal Fee”) in an amount equal to (i) [***]% multiplied by (ii) the Committed Amount.
