Renewal and Termination. (1) This Agreement shall become effective on the date first set forth above (the "Effective Date") and shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter as the parties may mutually agree; provided that either party may terminate this Agreement by giving the other party notice in writing specifying the date of such termination, which shall be not less than 60 days after the date of receipt of such notice.
