Renewable Purchase Obligation. 2.11.1 The Buying Utility may identify the energy procured from the SPD Delivery Point to meet its renewable purchase obligations (as mandated by the Appropriate Commission). Provided that the renewable purchase obligation of the Buying Utility shall be considered to be met by the Buying Utility only if there is no payment default for such energy procured by the Buying Utility and a certificate to such effect shall be provided by SECI to the Buying Utility.
