Removal upon Expiration or Termination. Master Lessee covenants and agrees, both on its own behalf and on behalf of its successors and assigns, to execute a quitclaim deed or other recordable instrument sufficient to remove this Memorandum from record title to the Subject Property upon the expiration or sooner termination of the Master Lease and appoints and constitutes Owner and its successors and assigns as its attorney-in-fact, which power shall be coupled with an interest and shall not be revocable or terminable, to execute and deliver and to record such quitclaim deed or other instrument in the name of Master Lessee and its successors and assigns in the event that Master Lessee fails to execute such quitclaim deed or other instrument within seven (7) days after Owner’s written request to execute such quitclaim deed or other instrument after the expiration or sooner termination of the Master Lease.

Removal upon Expiration or Termination. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Licensee shall leave the Access Road and all Improvements on the Property, unless the District provides the Licensee written notice to remove the Access Road and/or Improvements (also a “Removal Notice”). Licensee, at its sole cost and expense, shall remove the Access Road and/or Improvements designated in the Removal Notice within 30 days after receiving the notice.

  • Expiration or Termination A. Owner shall have the right, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Operator, to terminate this Agreement in its entirety, upon or after the happening of one or more of the following events, if said event or events shall then be continuing:

The Administrator shall forthwith upon such termination pursuant to the first sentence of Section 1.09 deliver to the Issuer all property and documents of or relating to the Collateral then in the custody of the Administrator. In the event of the resignation or removal of the Administrator pursuant to Section 1.09(a), (b) or (c), respectively, the Administrator shall cooperate with the Issuer and take all reasonable steps requested to assist the Issuer in making an orderly transfer of the duties of the Administrator.

  • DELIVERY UPON TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION No later than the first calendar day after the termination or expiration of the Contract or upon System Agency’s request, Grantee shall deliver to System Agency all completed, or partially completed, Work Product, including any Incorporated Pre-existing Works, and any and all versions thereof. Xxxxxxx’s failure to timely deliver such Work Product is a material breach of the Contract. Grantee will not retain any copies of the Work Product or any documentation or other products or results of Grantee’s activities under the Contract without the prior written consent of System Agency.

  • Action upon Termination or Removal Promptly upon the effective date of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 8, or the removal or resignation of the Administrator pursuant to Section 8, the Administrator shall be entitled to be paid by the Servicer all fees accruing to it to the date of such termination or removal.

  • Dissolution Upon Expiration Date Unless earlier dissolved, the Trust shall automatically dissolve on July 30, 2040 (the “Expiration Date”), and the Trust Property shall be liquidated in accordance with Section 9.4.
