Removal of Trash. The Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, remove or cause to be removed from the Premises, all trash and refuse which might accumulate and arise from its use of the Premises and the business operations of the Lessee under this Agreement. Such trash and refuse shall be stored temporarily and disposed of in a manner approved by the Lessor.
Removal of Trash. Throughout the term of this Agreement, Gardener shall keep the Garden Plot free from trash, garbage and other debris. Gardener shall place all inorganic trash in trash barrels located in and around the vicinity of the Community Garden or shall remove them from the Park (See Garden Guidelines and Rules) . All other trash, garbage and other debris are to be removed from the Community Garden by Gardener, at Gardener's sole cost and expense.
Removal of Trash. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly remove from the Premises all trash and other rubbish which may accumulate in connection with any construction work (or any other activities) by or on behalf of Tenant in such manner as prescribed by Landlord.
Removal of Trash. At the end of each day, the hunters shall remove any bottles, trash or cans that the hunters may have brought to the Eligible Areas during the day.

Developer shall, at its sole cost and expense, store, dispose of, and remove or cause to be removed from the Development Site all trash and refuse which might accumulate in unreasonable quantities and arise from its use of the Development Site. Upon substantial completion of portions of the Work, Developer shall and shall cause the General Contractor to remove all rubbish, tools, scaffolding and surplus materials related to such substantially complete portions of the Work from the Development Site.
Removal of Trash. Seaboard shall, at its sole cost and expense, remove from the Terminal Area all trash and refuse which might accumulate and arise from its use of the Terminal Area and the business operations of Seaboard under this Agreement. Such trash and refuse shall be stored temporarily and disposed of in a manner that complies with all Applicable Laws and is approved by the Port.
Removal of Trash. All trash, refuse, and waste materials shall be regularly removed from the Premises and, until removal, shall be stored: (a) in adequate containers, and (b) so as not to constitute any health or fire hazard or nuisance to any occupant. No burning of trash, refuse, or waste materials shall be permitted.
Removal of Trash. Lessee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the General Contractor to remove all trash, debris and rubbish from the Premises at least daily, and shall provide that no trash, debris or rubbish is visible to the patrons of the Building. If at any time any such trash, debris or rubbish is not removed as required hereby, Lessor may remove same at Lessee’s expense, and Lessee shall reimburse Lessor for such expense upon demand by Lessor.
Removal of Trash. At the conclusion of the Event, Caterer shall remove all trash from the Event facility and leave the premises in at least as clean a condition as it was prior to the Event.
Removal of Trash. Tenant shall pay for the cost to handle and/or remove trash from the H&H Project directly to the designated third party provider of such service or, at Landlord's option, Tenant shall pay such cost to Landlord plus Landlord's Administrative Fee (but in no event shall the total amount payable to Landlord be greater than the total amount that would have been payable directly to the third party provider) in the manner described in SECTION 4.4 of this Lease.
