Common use of Removal of Managers Clause in Contracts

Removal of Managers. Any Manager may be removed, for or without cause, at any time, but only by the Member who designated such Manager, upon the written notice to all Members. The Member who designated such removed Manager shall be entitled to designate the successor without any further action by the Members or other Managers. If any action of the Members is required under applicable law, the Members agree to take such action and any other action as may be necessary from time to time to effectuate the provisions of this Section 8.3.
