REMOVAL OF ANTENNA TOWER. At the termination of the Lease, the Antenna Tower shall at Landlord's request be removed by Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, and Tenant shall restore the Property, the Building and the Tower Space to as similar of a condition as is reasonably practicable to that which existed immediately prior to installation of the Antenna Tower.
