Removal from the Bargaining Unit. The Employer will provide to PSE, on a monthly basis, the names and addresses of all employees who are promoted/transferred out of the bargaining unit; who are on leave without pay; who are seasonal or cyclic; who have resigned, terminated, retired, etc. This information will be provided to PSE via an electronic format mutually agreed to by the parties.
