Common use of Remote Communication Clause in Contracts

Remote Communication. The Board of Directors may permit any or all directors to participate in any meeting by, or conduct the meeting through the use of, any means of communication by which all directors participating may simultaneously hear each other during the meeting. A director participating in a meeting by remote communication is considered to be present in person at the meeting. The Board of Directors may also determine that any meeting of the Board of Directors or a committee of the board may be held solely by remote communication.
