Remodeling and Modifications Sample Clauses
Remodeling and Modifications. The Obligor may remodel or modify the Project as it, in its discretion, may deem to be desirable for its or any tenant's uses and purposes; provided that such remodeling or modifications shall not violate the General Limitations. The cost of such remodeling, modifications or improvements shall be paid by the Obligor.
Remodeling and Modifications. The Obligor shall have the right, from time to time, subject to the approval of the Bank, to remove, substitute or modify any portion of the Project, provided that such removal, substitution or modification shall not impair the character of the Project as a “project” within the meaning of the Act nor violate the General Limitations. The cost of such remodeling, modifications or improvements shall be paid by the Obligor.
